I was surprised at the ease of assembly and operation of this unit. It easily outperformed the last two electric power washers I owned, cleaning the home, the deck, and the concrete patio using the 12" surface cleaner. It will be a breeze to do the two story garage next.

Very easy assembly and my wife and I (who are both in our 60's) love that it's so easy to manage and move around. The extra nozzle heads are definitely a plus as are the surface scrubber and the built-in soap tank! So far, we are very pleased with this purchase and can't wait to get started on all of our power washing projects!

Purchased machine based on great reviews. I wasn't disappointed. This machine is powerful enough to power wash pretty much anything. I used it to clean some really dirty, moldy concrete. It had no problem at all. I then used it on pavers, pool equipment, metal patio furniture, and some wood patio furniture. Easy to assemble, easy to use, and comes with all the nozzles you will need. It's also compact- I can't believe this little machine has so much power! My only regret is not buying this 10 years ago. Highly recommend.

I've used it once and it worked well. I wish there was an extendable handle to move it around without having to crouch down or carry it, but otherwise it's fine. Some of the little plastic parts that hold the accessories broke on first use, but after 30 minutes on the phone with Westinghouse, replacements have been "requested" on my behalf. We'll see. Machine itself seems good and the long hoses are a convenient feature.

I am very pleased with the power this electric power washer packs! I was able to clean my driveway easily, as well as my popup camper. I wish the cord was a little longer, but I plan to upgrade from the 25 ft hose to the 50 ft hose to give me some more distance. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase.

I have only had the unit for a cuple of days. It appears to work as expected. One item of disappointment, the unit did not come with a 40 degree head. Your registeration card shows that the red head is 40 degrees but the machine shows that the red head is 0 degrees. I trust that the white head that is shown on registration card is indeed a 40 degree head.

- Power washer is easy to maneuver and connect - Soap dispenser function doesn't work at all sometimes or consistently - Cord management is okay but the high pressure hose is kind of a mess - Nozzle management slots are great - The stand to set the wand in is not clear and sometimes falls out the bottom due to poor plastic

I am a 72 y/o female that needed something simple to operate to clean my driveway. I found I had good pressure. It was relatively lightweight. I used an extension cord to plug it in. My only complaint is how the end that goes into the outlet is made. My outdoor outlets are a bit recessed and the plug would not work there. So I used an extension cord that would go into the recessed outlet and this worked. This is the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. It also accommodated the 3400 PSI surface cleaner attachment which was good. I have only used it once but was very pleased.

The assembly was easy. To operate, I simply needed to connect the garden hose and sprayer hose and plug it in. The washer delivered excellent pressure and the sprayer was easy to use. I used it to clean off an old set of wooden steps and some siding. I highly recommend this pressure washer.

Bought it today and came home and used it. Easy to assemble, 4 screws and ready to use. It's small but powerful and easy to use. My cement was very dirty from having a new roof put on and the washer cleaned it and it looks like new. Great product!!!!
