Received unit 10days ago, the next day I put it together and briefly tested; I was not impressed with quality or power. Days later in the middle of washing a 10x20 patio it completely stopped working, right in the middle of the work, water keeps going out of hose, no pressure, turned on/off, let unit rest for an hour +, no luck

I searched on an AI engine for the pressure washer best suited to the uses I have in mind. The Westinghouse ePX3100v appeared as the best choice and was also the most reasonably priced. It is easy to assemble and operate. I could not be more pleased.

Bought this guy because it had great reviews and a good price for the listed PSI. It's doing pretty good work on my concrete patio, though I do have to use the narrowest spray and hold the nozzle no more than ~4" away to get a good clean (which means you'll be cleaning concrete inch by inch). This is my first pressure washer, so I wasn't sure what to expect - if I could go back I would still get it, but I'll likely want to upgrade to something more powerful in the future.

I purchased this pressure washer & am very pleased with it. I am a 70 yr old female with absolutely no mechanical ability. But this was easy to put together, just by following the directions in the manual. I was able to clean my cement porch, steps & sidewalk easily & I think they look great. This power washer is compact, but mighty enough to really clean.

This is an excellent power washer for everyday jobs; it's small and convenient to pull out for small jobs or to keep up with patio, grill, driveway and siding. Our gas power washer is obviously more powerful but is such an ordeal to use that it only happens when absolutely necessary. In the meantime the dirt and mold set in. This power washer works on those things but does take a while to cut through it. I think it will be easier to keep the dirt from accumulating with this handy, easy to store and use power washer. Also way easier to transport when our kids want to borrow it.

So far, so good. Much more convenient to use and user friendly vs comparable gas powered unit. Pump cuts off when trigger released, so don't have to worry about pump damage. Already tied to water hose, so electric cord not major issue. Surprised that box included turbo nozzle in addition to 4 angled nozzles.

I used the pressure washer for the first time a couple of days ago and I was amazed at how it performed. We live in a newly developing neighborhood and the dirt all around us is red dirt. That stuff stains and gets into crevices on our new concrete. The pressure washer was able to clean the concrete too like we just moved in. We also used it for cars and windows and I'm really impressed with how clean they come. It is deserving of its five star rating from me.

I have the 3100 model in Arizona. The 3500 model looks exactly the same except it has more pressure. I haven't used it yet but I'm confident it will perform flawlessly like my 3100 model. It's great to find products that are both affordable and made well. Simple to put together too. I own a gas model but these fairly high powered electric models are sooooo much easier to use and maintain. Longevity will be the ultimate factor that will make me gravitate towards Westinghouse products in the future.

Just picked up, had it shipped to store (Home Depot). Seems to be well made and thoughtfully designed. Have a more powerful gas pressure washer but this one my wife can use easily. After one use works well, as advertised. Will have to see about durability but I have two gas Westinghouse inverter generators that have been excellent so I'm optimistic.

I have yet to fully blast my garage floor or stone siding but am impressed by the compact size and ease of setup -- always my fear. All parts were listed and easily explained to exercise the rather simple assembly. I did blast my small back porch and it performed admirably, as expected. Only minor issue was the plug was difficult to plug into the protected outdoor outlet but the electric cord length is more than sufficient and it plugged in with no problem into the garage outlet. Looking forward to satisfying results as I remove dirt/dust from the stone siding of the house.
