I tried this today for the first time washing my car, it replaced a 20 year old lower end electric washer. This was not a great first use. The black “soap” nozzle that the manual tells you to use for this job gives a spray maybe a bit weaker than the garden hose delivers. The accessory for foaming soaps (the “PWFC foam cannon”) produced no foam at all, unlike my old unit. The instructions seem to be written to avoid anything going wrong, but end up with something not very functional. They suggest that the more aggressive nozzles will damage the car paint. So pretty useless at face value. They also tell you never to use an extension cord. With 13 A rated draw, a 25 ft 14 ga cord would cause less than 2% voltage drop. Maybe they're afraid you'll bung up the GFCI unit on the plug. With other nozzles in place, this thing delivers the expected performance. So either ignore the instructions or don't but this to wash the car.

I got this as a gift for Christmas and was finally able to use it. I used it for 7 hours between 2 days and did my house siding, concrete porch, retaining wall, my walkway made of pavers, and then some lawn chairs that had turned green/black. It worked great and everything came clean!

I just received this yesterday and I must say it is light years ahead of my 20 year old PW that finally died. I have already used this to wash my exterior hardscaping. The mold and mildew was removed easily and thoroughly and ready for painting. I also used it on my aluminum patocover to remove spider webs. I used the soap dispenser to spray a bleach and soap solution on the webs, waited 5 minutes and presto, the pressure spray removed all the webs! It is very powerful so you need to be careful with stucco. it is quite light for what it does, I thought that it would be heavier. It is also small enough that I can store it on a shelf instead of on the floor like my old one. I highly recommend this washer and really like the 3 year warranty.

i just received this, i havent used it yet, but..... a relatively light weight, 33lb, compact washer. water hose and high pressure hoses attach on opposite sides of the pump, convenient for routing. i also like the jumper piece on the electric cable which makes it convenient to plug into a single outlet, or to an outlet under a waterproof lid, which is the most likely scenario. the holder for the wand seems flimsy, it remains to be seen how it stands up to wear. the diagram for assembling the wheels wouldnt work, it must be assembled as in my photo. providing a second washer for the outside of the wheel, under the axle head, would prevent premature wear. one of my electrical cable bracket was missing the nylon nut, your quality control is lacking.

More compact than I thought it would be which makes it easy to store. Going to be great for cleaning off my deck and sidewalk

My previous pressure washer took twice the time to clean my concrete drive. The turbo nozzle made this the best purchase I could have made.

Purchased one month ago okay for ordinary cleaning. Not powerful enough for heavier duty jobs. Cleaned my deck and patio without too much problem.

I bought this to clean outdoor concrete surfaces along with their 15” surface cleaner. It works well for what I need.

I just bought and used once. The unit works good. Lower pressure nozzles are Ok for work that is the same as garden hose spray

I have owned a few pressure washers but this one is by far the best one. I would highly recommend it.
