I received product without damage. Assembled without problems, all pieces were there. Have tried out once since receiving with good results. Used it on house siding for trial run, cleaned nice without any soap. Not tippy at all, rolls nice even in the yard. I like the extra length of hose and cord. Will try out with soap later this week, hope it goes good as well.

We bought this for power washing chemicals off of screens for screen printing, as well as for washing cement, and our deck. I'm sure we'll use it on our cars and home when it warms up. Wheels make it easy to move around and the handle is very nice. Also like the gun holster so that it keeps the nozzle out of the dirt when not using it. Produces a great stream and is easy to control.

This is my first Westinghouse product and compared to the electric pressure washer that this one is replacing which broke. I am highly impressed. The price to PSI is better than others on the market. The product design and construction is higher quality, more user friendly to operate, lighter weight, and quieter than my previous of another brand. All while offering a higher PSI. I was able to make quick work washing a concrete pathway around my house without feeling fatigued like with my previous electric pressure washer.

I got this pressure washer a few weeks ago when I decided to do some cleanup before it gets too cold. It has been pretty consistently great while cleaning our sidewalks and the brick/vinyl on the side of our house. With the sidewalks, I had to use the turbo nozzle in addition to spraying within just a few inches from the surface. This made it take longer to clean our corner lot's sidewalks, but considering this was probably never done in the past, was acceptable. I'm looking forward to using this to wash my car when it warms back up!

I bought this for small jobs that were not big enough for my gasoline pressure washer. I was totally amazed at how powerful this electric pressure washer was. Very easy to pull around and I like the fact that it doesn't turn over like my last one did.

I just got it and it was easy to setup and use. Worked great on my sidewalk and will be used for many more projects. The only issue is that the set included a wrong piece for the Hose Retainer. Looks like it goes to another item all together. Please correct Westinghouse.

Super easy to put together. Great power. Good for all jobs around the house. Love how quiet that it is. Long power cord makes it easy to get all the way around the house without ever using an extension cord. Was also pleasantly surprised at how powerful this machine is. Have always had an electric pressure washer and was skeptical about going electric. No messing with gas and oil now. Just plug in and flip the switch.

Bought this to use when I dont want to bring out my gas powered unit. Unbound and put it together easily. Very clear instructions in the manual Used it today same day I got it. Power washed some bird bombs off my window and siding on the second story side of my house. It did pretty well for being that high from the ground. Got the job done. This stuff sat and got baked on for 3 days from the hot hawaii sun. Tested it on dirty concrete from potted plants and cleaned the dirt away easily. It will be a nice washer for small stuff that pops up when you want a quick setup. Definately will be using it weekly for car washing and foam cannon. Happy with the purchase.

We had a Westinghouse gas, but was getting to difficult for us to start, even though it was a great product, getting old has its limitations, hate to admit it though. I feel this product will make it a little easier and going fwd will be able to run it off a solar power pac.

I just opened the box and assembled the washer. Easy to put together, appears to be of quality materials. I have have not used it yet, however, due to weather conditions. One observation for improvement: A petcock between the soap tank and unit to avoid having to clear the tank and flush it out prior to continued fresh water use.
