When putting my electric Pressure Washer together, I discovered that the High Pressure Hose was defective. One end of the hose had melted black plastic covering the threads. The plastic cannot be removed. There is no way to screw the hose into the unit. When I called the company's toll free number, I was informed that I would have to talk to an agent who would contact me in 3 to 5 business days. I would have to explain to the agent the problem I encountered and then wait to see if the agent would agree that a new hose should be sent to me. I have no idea how long it would take for the new hose to be sent to me. Bottom line is that the hose should have been inspected prior to putting it in the box.

I got this pressure washer for christmas and let me tell you, it is pretty awesome! 2300 max psi is more powerful than most electric ones in this price range. Very easy to put together and ready to use. Has a soap tank and plenty of heads for all the uses around the house.

Easy to assemble. Rolls around easily (you can lock the wheels) and sprays perfectly. Great pressure for an electric powered washer. Tip storage is easy and convenient. I use this on my boat and vinyl planked dock and pier. It's nice and compact. It's exactly what I wanted.

This is a very innovative design. So easy to roll along while working. It will not tip over. Works just as well as my older bigger one did. Now I do not dread the pressure washing jobs anymore. Actually, I keep trying to find more things to wash! Thanks for making this great tool !!

I had a HD gas-powered pressure cleaner but needed a lighter weigh but still powerful unit that was easier to use as I reached my "senior" years! This quieter, lighter, smaller unit produced all the pressure and power I needed to clean my 2 story, vinyl sided home and all decks and patios!

I, literally, just put it together and haven't used it yet, but they are wanting a review during the warranty registration process... So I will do what I can. I was easy to assemble and the item looks to be relatively well made. I like that there are pieces that look like you could replace them (instead of the entire unit) in case something wears quickly.

I bought the Westinghouse ePX3100 Electric Pressure Washer to replace another presser washer (not a Westinghouse) that quick working in the middle of a cleaning project. It was easy to assemble and is very compact, which is just what I needed. I have only just started using it, but I can tell already, this little machine is more powerful and does a better job than my previsous washer.

I bought this pressure washer after using an electric handheld Ryobi for several years that just wasn't very powerful and had leaks frequently around the connection. This Westinghouse works just like it says, it's easy to set up, easy to store and was a reasonable price. Really solid performance, versatile and very durable. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a pressure washer to handle around the house jobs like siding, concrete, deck, patios & brick.

I've only used it once to test it's functionality, and it did great. Simple assembly process. It's very powerful, especially when using the turbo tip. My only complaint is that it needs a swivel connector for the sprayer hose because it is a challenge to wrap the line up on the hanger.

I received the unit as a gift for Christmas. The Unit was well packed and easy to set up. Not a bunch of unnecessary packaging. It was assembled and ready for use in ten minutes. The spray stream is perfect for cleaning the mold off the house vinyl siding, (its intended use).
