My deck has been in need of a good cleaning for several years and I finally got around to it! Washer was delivered yesterday, assembled and started using today. My deck hasn't looked this good in YEARS!! I finished half of the 900 sf deck in about two hours … will finish the rest tomorrow. My “only” problem was the instructions for using detergent — do I dilute it or not? The instructions for the soap are equally confusing, but I'll figure it out! Great online support as well! This was easy to assemble. I used it for appx. 1 hour after putting it together. My only issue is that it leaks from the water inlet if the hose is not staright. In other words, if any twist of the house the inlet value leaks from the base. Not much but it does leak.

I chose this machine because it was a step up in power from the lesser models. I have brick, stone, concrete driveway and side walk and concrete embellished pool deck. I also have a Timber Tech deck and I was concerned that it would be too much power. I used the machine 2.5 days last week and the results were amazing compared to my previous machine. I changed the nozzle for the Timber Tech and it work like a champ. My pool decking was stained with algae and mold and the machine removed everything. The machine is easy to assemble, self contained and a breeze to use. The extra long cord and hose is such that I didn't need to use an extension cord. I am very pleased with my purchase.

The ePX3500 assembly was very easy. I was especially impressed with the small footprint for storage. It has the pressure needed for all my needs. And it has the features - turbo nozzle and only runs the pump when pressing the trigger (auto-start). Well thought out product !

I just bought this a week ago and have only had a chance to put it together and try it out once. It went together easily and started right up. Cleaned the patio of winter's grime with ease. Look forward to using it more. It seems to have about the same power as the gas pressure washer I had before.

I use this for tasks like cleaning decks, patio furniture, barbecue, etc, and it works great for those. I also bought the 15" surface cleaner attachment, and the pressure washer is a bit under powered for satisfactorily operating it. All in all, I'm glad I purchased the pressure washer.

Very excited, my first power washer! So far it was very minimal easiest thing I ever did assemble, and I have done more than my fair share of assemblies. There was an extra plastic retainer in the box that did not appear anywhere in the manual and my guess is that it goes to a different model. Scan reviews for other models for missing parts and bingo management can locate the issue in packaging. Manual is well written and glad I took the time to read it first. Like I said my first one and safety is a priority, there is only one me. I will update this review once I put it to use in the near future.

This is exactly what I was looking for to wash my car. It's powerful but not so powerful that I need to worry about damaging the paint or clear coat, it gets the salt residue off the underbody, has very clear instructions, and is easily transportable. Very good product!

I purchased this product to do a complete home cleaning for our rental property. I used it for the siding, gutter guards, concrete driveway, and backyard brick patio and railings. The Western-Washington winters make things very grimey, and this pressure washer was able to clean up all of the above in beautiful fashion and ease. Very powerful product and it's great that it's electric (one less motor to maintain!). I have used it on several projects since, and I am glad that it is in my arsenal. Would definitely recommend!

However, when writing a review, they want to publish my review, so I am ordered to keep my review focused on the product, and I'm to avoid writing about customer service. They want me to contact them instead of telling anyone about a bad experience I may have had. They also don't want me to mention any competitors, even as a comparison, even when their product possibly be the winner. Furthermore, they also don't want me to mention how much I paid for it. I was pretty stoked on this pressure washer, and then I came across how they basically force you, by threat of censorship, to leave a glowing review - a review that possibly does not reflect your experiences.
