I used this with the recommended kilz primer %26 it does not hold up to traffic. I made sure to follow the suggestions for temp., humidity, %26 drying time, too. The areas that are not walked on are keeping, but it's supposed to be walked on. i was disappointed at the durability %26 appearance after less than a year %26 wish I would of kept the stain on instead. It was a big project %26 took alot of time for it to be so patchy in less than a year. It looks bad %26 it is too much maintenance to have to reapply yearly. (The pictures are in 2023 %26 application was in 2022. Shows the difference, in one picture, that doesn't have traffic, %26 held up fine.)

After a couple seasons outside, they still look just as fresh as when I first put them outside! This paint is very durable and easy to apply.

I've used Killz products in the past and I know and trust them for great coverage (concealing stains and imperfections) and the porch paint is holding up well to high traffic. I have no doubt it will do well through the Pennsylvania winter.

We bought a house that had hardwood floors but the previous owners allowed their animals to urinate on the floors. We tried chemicals and sanding. Nothing took the smell away but this product did!!

We used Kilz primer and then Kilz patio on the floors and the results were not only beautiful but there was absolutely no trace of odor left!
