Love the necklace

This is not true size14, it had a tiny extension chain to make it so it will be going back if you want closer to 14 as choker i will try 16 instead

I got the medium length as a spontaenous doorbuster purchase, and it is lovely. I want to look at it all day long. It is a little hard to get on with the clasp and chain the way it is so I definitely would not have wanted the shorter length

Buyer beware! Your order may never arrive for this necklace as this was the case for me. When I reported this to customer service I was given the run around for several weeks waiting for a resolution. I was initially told I would receive a replacement, then that changed to a refund, and now I'm told I won't be getting a refund. This is very poor customer service. This is my first time ever ordering/shopping from Sam's Club and will never again shop with this company. I would choose zero stars if I could for this awful experience.

Disregard my last review which I can't seem to edit or delete. Necklace seems nice, jewelry box seems cheap though.
