Turkey sticjs are too dry. They don't taste as good as the beef sticks. But if you're looking for a healthier less fat this is the one to get.

I enjoy the turkey sticks but 2 different times I have bought them and upon opening I find mold. I am returning again but not buying again

Love these things! Great for snacking with string cheese. Although, the last package I bought the outside of them (about ½) were extremely tough/dry.
