Great quality. Easy to assemble (with help). Delivery was within earlier than the date given and delivery driver contacted me to discuss the placement of delivery. My grands LOVE their new playset and all the different activities they are able to do on playset. They have lots of fun making up their own adventures as they play on the 5-in-1 playset. Highly recommend for your childs fun!

First off, we bought this for young grandchildren. Putting it together was like an erector set( lots of parts and lots of screws). It came in 3 large boxes. All parts are numbered on the ends, directions were clear. The individual pieces of wood are light weight not dense. We hope it lasts 5 years- we will be applying weather proofing to try to keep it longer. It took my husband 3 days to complete by himself. He just wanted help lifting large awkward sections.

This swing set is a good value for a level backyard with some room. It takes a solid 19 feet of width to install. The directions are adequate. All of the parts were in the boxes. Getting all inventoried and keeping them organized is time consuming but a necessity. Follow directions carefully. I am not a carpenter but I do have some building experience. It takes room and a lot of parts so I pre-built some pieces in my garage and carried them to the swing site. It took approximately 40 total hours of labor using multiple people to put this together. Even with an 8 1/2' step ladder some of the screws and bolts are in difficult positions to install without putting stress on the swing set. Because of the size. leveling can be a challenge. The wood is very soft so this is not a swing set for older children. 110 pound maximum is the recommended weight limit. The reason I did not give this 5 stars is the number of distinct parts. I think it would be possible to integrate more standard sizes and less distinct parts, reducing the organization task of different screws, nuts, bolts, washers etc. as the swing set is being constructed. All that being said, the look on my granddaughters face when she saw it was worth the effort.

A perfect Christmas present! My 4 and 6-year-old boys love their new play set. As a bonus, it was supposed to arrive after Christmas, but arrived several days early so we could give it to the kids on Christmas Day. Like most KidKraft products, this is sturdy and beautiful. It took four adults all day to assemble, but instructions were clear and easy to follow. Pro tip: You will need a full set of tools, including a drill.

Kids love it. its sturdy. instructions are kinda out of order. So please read before you start building. The package came on a palette. 2 boxes and the slide. The delivery time was off. Delayed by a week from its targeted original date but it was during holidays . Do not go fast on building this. Take your time. At the end, this is a great playset for two little kids. Ages 4 and 2.

Bought this 2nd playground for 2nd grandchild. I like & trust Sam’s products however, the delivery contract company was rude & disrespectful. He threatened to leave the playground boxes in the driveway as he arrived 4 hours earlier than scheduled. He was scheduled for (12-4). We were headed home from a 9:00 appt when I received the call and threat from the driver. With pregnant daughter-in-love and running a military household while husband serves in another country is hard enough! This was sooo disappointing!!

The playset was fairly simple and straightforward to put together even with the many of nuts, screws and bolts! The wood doesn't feel like it will last many years for bigger kids. My son loves it. I selected this playset because it's a nice size, my son is 2.5y.o, he is able to use it now and still be able to grow into. We should get yrs of play out of it (if the wood survives). Once it was put together, it felf pretty sturdy. For the price that I paid (on sale), I would purchase this again.

The issue we experienced was with the shipping. We ordered it in early December and the delivery was scheduled for the 12th but when I checked the tracking it came up as running late and the date changed to the 14th. When I checked the tracking again all it kept showing was it was in Ohio. So I contacted the shipping company Sam’s used and all they could tell me was that the package was sitting at the dock and they would contact them to get it on a truck. Well, 6 days later the package was delivered on the 20th of December which was around 2-1/2 weeks too long. Besides the shipping issue the play set seems to be working great according to our son, daughter in law and grandson in Hudson Oaks, Texas.

This is a great play set. We had 3 people to build it and it took about 5 hours. It was pretty easy to put together, but you really needed to study the directions and look closely at the pictures. More then once we assembled a board upside down or backwards and layer had to fix it. Closer inspection of the pictures might have eliminated those mistakes. But, all the parts were there, all the required nuts, bolts, screws, etc. In some cases there were many left overs, which was a little confusing. Would make more sense if there were, say 4, extra of each of the fastener types. In our case there were as many as 20 left overs of some of the hardware, but 0 of many others. All and all, it was easy to put together with a small crew. Just take your time and work as a team. The kids ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Highly recommend

Wood very soft. Splintering after one week. Not as expected really.
