The flag itself is high quality, the pole has tape residue from the packaging that I can't remove. The flag is constantly getting wrapped around the pole.

Flag seems to be well built and survived INTACT in a Nearly Fatal (for ME) rollover Accident i had recently. My Friend who cleaned out my Car was VERY IMPRESSED with it still being in NEW Shape.

Flag is nice, but the hardware is a fail. As others have said, the flag wraps due to serious design flaws. IT WILL WRAP in the wind regularly. The plastic flag connection rings stall on the pole and do not turn, especially the top ring. The flag mounting clips are too small and very difficult to get the flag attached to the pole; the metal clips have no spring to them,- cheap. So if you just want to display a nice looking flag and want to continually unwrap your flag several times a day ( a wrapped flag is disrespectful to USA flag display protocol), you'll like it ie indoor use. If not, there are better poles out there to minimize flag wrap.

This is a good looking flag that appears to be high quality. My only issue is with the anti-tangle mounting rings. These are loosely fitting plastic. The top one does not work at all. My previous anti-tangle flag worked perfectly for over 5-years, this one tangles daily since new.

This is not a tangle free flag and pole. The swivels are plastic on plastic and do not easily swivel the flag. I had it up for 4 days in not so windy conditions and the flag continued to get wrapped around the pole. I tried various ideas mentioned online and none of them worked. One good note, the quality of the flag material was well done.

POOR DESIGN! The anti tangle system doesn't work. I believe the lower nut catches the flag and attachment clamp for the flag's grommet. The attachment clamps are too small to get the flag off %26 on also!

on a windy day it wraps up like a barber pole. every single time. flag is a good quality but the flagpole is a piece of junk, aluminum with plastic painted to look like aluminum.

The mounting bracket for flag pole works good, but the mechanism at top of pole and bottom are junk and does not allow flag to spin freely and gets wrapped around pole, would not recommend

On the surface, this appeared to be a quality, American made product. When I was attempting to mount my first purchase (read on, I had to exchange this item), I found that one of the mounting holes in the aluminum mounting bracket was WAY off-center (see photo). My fear was that even moderate winds would cause the holder to crack at the edge of this misaligned mounting hole. When I went to exchange the kit, I went through the cache of flagpoles in the bin. The first 6 or 8 I looked at all had similar manufacturing issues, with the holes in the mounting bracket being all over the place, except where they should be. I finally found a half decent one and brought it home. Unfortunately, after mounting to my house, the flag almost immediately began to get wound around the pole. The "spinning" parts of the pole are made of plastic and easily bind against each other. The attached picture shows the upper "spinning" component turned 90 degrees on axis, with the weight of the flag suspended from it. If the moving parts don't move at this point then they aren't going to move at all. Very disappointing!
