Beautiful flag but it continually wraps itself around the pole. If I could rate it a (minus 5) I would. There are no bearings at the top of the flag pole. What is there, is simply raw aluminum grinding against polished aluminum. Buyer beware!

On the surface, this appeared to be a quality, American made product. When I was attempting to mount my first purchase (read on, I had to exchange this item), I found that one of the mounting holes in the aluminum mounting bracket was WAY off-center (see photo). My fear was that even moderate winds would cause the holder to crack at the edge of this misaligned mounting hole. When I went to exchange the kit, I went through the cache of flagpoles in the bin. The first 6 or 8 I looked at all had similar manufacturing issues, with the holes in the mounting bracket being all over the place, except where they should be. I finally found a half decent one and brought it home. Unfortunately, after mounting to my house, the flag almost immediately began to get wound around the pole. The "spinning" parts of the pole are made of plastic and easily bind against each other. The attached picture shows the upper "spinning" component turned 90 degrees on axis, with the weight of the flag suspended from it. If the moving parts don't move at this point then they aren't going to move at all. Very disappointing!

The flag itself seems nice. However, I purchased this because it's supposed to spin around the pole and not get wrapped. Well, it gets wrapped non stop. It's a very poor design with cheap plastic parts that will not spin once the weight of the flag is on it. The clips that hold the flag to the pole are too small to clip in the grommets without a fight, but too big to spin past the tightening screw on the bottom connector. I live in windy Wyoming and need a tangle free flag pole. This is NOT it. Returning. Tried to add a photo, but that's not working either.

Flag is good. Wall bracket is good. The clips and rings on the pole are very cheap and do not spin freely, cheap plastic.

I love our true colors but it was missing a base and we didn’t realize it until next day cause we live three hours away

Clips aren’t of the highest quality. They bent while trying to attach the flag. I went and bought some 5/16th spring clips

Easy to install and can be positioned two ways. Saw it someplace else for twice as much. Great deal!
