JEBK

Comfortable, and sitting height is good. Purchased with an insurance plan with Allstate but hopefully this chair will hold the height of the seat.

Hard seat

We like everything about the chairs with th exception of the seat padding. There is just not much there. For our old bones, the chair become less than comfortable in a short period of time.

Seat Cushion could be better!

My seat on the chair is NOT cushioned at all. Hard as a rock and straight out of the box. That’s the only down fall for me (height/weight: 4’11-120 lbs), no cushioned seat. Is anyone having the same issue with seat discomfort? My temporary relief is adding a separate seat cushion, which I should not have to given the price and high star rating for this product.

Not even two weeks and two wheels broke!

The weight limit is a lie. We didn’t read the box the first time assuming Sam’s Club was right. Then not even having the chair for two weeks two wheels broke! We asked for a replacement because I did enjoy the feel of it and when we received the chair the weight limit stated on the box was 209 lbs! Awful. It’s definitely getting returned

I've put together many chairs and maybe this one was defective. The back rest never seemed to be straight enough after proper assembly. Here we are less than 6 months old and the chair has broken in two places. The back of the chair started to lean more in the wrong way and then a wheel snapped.

Poor Quality

I bought two of these chairs four months ago and I must say I am totally dissatisfied with the quality. The chair is of very poor quality, especially the base where the wheels are attached. The wheels are always popping off. I totally regret buying these chairs. I can't even contact the manufacturer because they did not put a leaflet in the box with customer service information. I would like them to at least replace the part of the chair that the wheels are connected to. It is defective.
