I bought this in queen size a couple of months ago and I think it's great. A true medium firmness. I had bought the 13" eurotop members mark medium firmness hybrid before buying this mattress and it was stiff as a board and it held heat like a pure memory foam. I returned it after a couple of weeks. This mattress is very cool to sleep on as well as plush enough for a 240 pound side sleeper like me w/o being swallowed up by the mattress.

Highly recommend for anyone who has never bought a new mattress and is on a budget. We did not want to spend over $1000. I did some research and tried a mattress that we did not see or lay on in person. The reviews did not lie. It is so comfortable. Definitely feels like the higher end hotel beds we have slept on. It arrives in a box. We took it out of the box and placed it on the bed before unwrapping the package. Let it sit for a good 6-8 hours then we slept on it that night. It is a good firmness. Not too hard and not smushy. It is great. My husband overslept after the second night and said it was my fault for buying such a comfortable mattress. I'll take that as a good thing.

Absolutely awful. The bed itself is so heavy to move. It gives far too much. This review is being written a month after owning it. I usually give a bad time for my body to adjust. It feels like a marshmallow, no support at all. Some may like a hybrid foam, this is not for us. Worst investment we could've made.

Not a good mattress felt great for about a month. I should've had red flags when the mattress arrived too short from my other twin xl and more narrow. Seems like this one was definitely defective maybe? Not wanting to keep it either because my deep sheets don't work on it as well!

mattress is good quality and comfortable. however firm mattress is too soft and therefore lacks good back support. i decided to return it. however its been a nightmare to return this. once its out of the box, its not easy to just take it the club. it needs sams club's carriers to pick it up. i have been calling sams for last 1.5 months to get this picked up to no success so far. its such a waste of time, specially due to annoying AI customer service that would repeat the same stupid answers everytime instead of transferring to a human. after 1.5 months, the mattress is still sitting in my hallway and my refund is still stuck.

Very comfortable mattress

Comfortable. This was just right for a good night's rest. We love our new mattress.

Bring a buddy to lift with you as it is heavy. But install is very easy.
