Hotel premier hybrid matress so far has worked well. It did have a smell that is normal and went away after a couple of days. I washed the top cover immediately and it helped with the smell. There is no wash instructions so I washed it as delicates. It did feel really fresh but after adding a matress cover and sheets, it still feels a little cool. But still cooler than regular matresses. Only real complaint is the fitted sheet comes off sometimes when laying or sitting close to a corner. Hopefully stays the same firmness after a year.

This mattress is absolute luxury! "Hotel Premier" really lives up to its name. The mattress is firm yet the gel memory molds to your body and has just enough movement. The cooling cover is makes getting in bed feel so great. Its arrives in a box and setups quickly.

This mattress was delivered in a beat up box but the product was still tightly rolled and unaffected by the box abuse. It was extremely heavy and definitely needed 2 people to pull it out of the box and unwrap it in place. Upon removing the 2 layers of wrap, the mattress instantly inflated. The instructions say it could take 72 hours. While i did sleep on it that first night, i think that it got a little more comfortable the 2nd and 3rd nights. The mattress itself is quite comfortable. Very soft, but still somewhat firm. My biggest complaint is that the mattress is soooo slippery the sheets won't stay on! I have deep pocket sheets and every time I move slightly, the sheet bunches up and pops off the corner of the mattress. I tried putting a mattress protector in between the mattress and sheet. That only resulted in the mattress and the protector bunching up and popping off the corner! I hype to find a solution but in the meantime, it's quite frustrating.

I’ve been using the Hotel Premiere 14” Hybrid Medium King mattress and overall it’s been a great upgrade. It has a true medium feel—comfortable but still supportive. The hybrid design does a nice job relieving pressure while keeping my back aligned, and I’ve noticed less motion disturbance from my partner at night. It also sleeps fairly cool and has good edge support, which makes the full king size more usable. The only downsides are that it’s heavy to move and not super plush, so it may feel a bit firm if you prefer a softer mattress. There was a slight smell at first, but it went away quickly. Overall, a solid, comfortable mattress for the price

I want to tell you about the Sam’s Club Members Mark 14-inch Queen Hybrid Mattress from their Hotel Premier Collection - I have to say I’m really impressed! I replaced my expensive Tempur-Pedic with this one, and I actually like it better. It’s noticeably thicker than my old Tempur-Pedic, so it fills the entire bed frame all the way to the bottom of my headboard. My pillows no longer fall through the gap like they used to — such a simple but huge improvement. The zip-off cover is thick, quilted, and zips all the way around, making it easy to wash. It also has two sturdy handles on each side so moving or flipping the mattress is really easy. Overall, this mattress feels luxurious and delivers great support and comfort. I’m genuinely surprised how much better it is than my old high-end mattress. I would very highly recommend this mattress! 5 BIG STARS*****

The mattress was ready for use by the first night. After years on a firm Purple bed, this medium seems very soft but my wife loves it. I weigh 100 lb more than her. Overall it’s a high quality product at an excellent price.

Great mattress, but definitely need to find a way to get items(sheets and mattress pad) stay in place. Even in 100 degree weather it stays cool even during the day. Definitely enjoying the mattress. 👍

Got this for my son who was sleeping on a very old mattress. He was waking up with a sore back most mornings. He slept better the very first night and his sore back is gone. Not too firm or soft - just right.

I really wanted to like this mattress. However, the mattress I purchased had a manufacturing defect and the top layer of foam extended over the bottom layer by approximately 5 inches, and there was no way to fix that. The inner fabric was also stuck to the compressed mattress which caused it to not expand properly and the cover hangs loosely off the edge. After reading several reviews of other people having similar issues, I've decided to shop elsewhere for my replacement. I purchased in-store and was told by customer service that I had to return the expanded, defective 125 lb mattress in store which I was unable to do. I escalated this and was able to get permission to have the mattress picked up from my home. It then took several additional days to speak to a scheduler and availability was a week out for pick up. The whole process has been rather frustrating.

Would have rated the king size hybrid mattress a 5 star except 1) It has a "cigarettes smoke" like odor for a month or so once it is taken out of the plastic wrapping 2) The sheets easily slide off due to the mattress being compressed when laying on it. Otherwise I love it!!!
