I’ve been sleeping on the King-size Member's Mark Hotel Premier 14-Inch Hybrid Mattress for a week now, and it is easily the best sleep decision I have ever made.Being a bigger guy, I was advised to invest in the 14-inch thickness, the hybrid design, and specifically the FIRM comfort level. Let me tell you: if you are a heavier sleeper, do not fear the word 'firm.' Standard mattresses tend to sag, dip, and trap you in a hole by morning, which ruins your back. This firm hybrid completely redefines support. It doesn't feel like sleeping on a brick; instead, it provides a solid, premium, uplifting foundation that keeps your spine perfectly aligned while the top layer gently contours to your body. You sleep on the bed, not in it, meaning you get incredible pressure relief without sacrificing an ounce of structural integrity. The build quality here is vastly superior to softer alternatives.Pro tip to unlock its full potential: I placed a bunkie board directly between the mattress and my platform bed frame. It adds an ultra-stable foundation that prevents any micro-sagging, and it has made a world of difference. This setup punches way above its price point. If you want a mattress that actually holds its form, protects your back, and delivers luxury-hotel sleep night after night, pull the trigger on the firm hybrid! Just buy it and thank me later!!!!

I think the problem is that the mattress never expanded on one side. I've bought mattresses in a box before I never had this problem. Absolutely terrible purchase and not cheap.

The mattress was ready for use by the first night. After years on a firm Purple bed, this medium seems very soft but my wife loves it. I weigh 100 lb more than her. Overall it's a high quality product at an excellent price.

Good firmness. Not too soft or firm. But about 2” shorter then a standard 80” (x 76”) King. The cover bag fits loose and moves around annoyingly during sleep rollovers. I filled edges of 4” matters topper pieces and it’s great.

This is a high quality mattress that is around half the cost of a name brand mattress of a similar type. It does give you a cooling effect as well as sufficient support to get a good night's sleep. I'm very happy I purchased this mattress, because it checks all the boxes of comfort and stability for a product of this type. It takes around a day to expand after you take it out of the wrapper, and I like the feel of the fabric that encases the mattress. Very good purchase. Highly recommend it.

Best nights sleep i have had in such a long time. This mattress is plush, so comfortable, its perfect for me. Its thick perfect firmness for my confront level. Its high which is great. I don't like thin mattresses. Great quality. Its expands very fast and adjust. This is an awesome matress. Its memory foam 5". Its great for my back. It has cooling technology. Its just amazing. We love it.

I really wanted to like this mattress, but unfortunately it was not very comfortable. Biggest thing is that it retained heat and it kept me burning up throughout the night. Thankfully Sam’s Club has a great return policy and was able to help me return the mattress. So, I appreciate that!

My wife wanted to replace our $2,500 Stearns & Foster mattress because she sunk into her sleeping position after a few years (the mattress basically had divots in it where we slept). I didn't want to spend another $2,500 on a mattress so we compromised on our first ever mattress in a box. So far, it's been great. The only advice I'd add is medium is firmer than we expected. We're not disappointed - and we haven't tried the plush or firm - just saying our experience with the medium is that it's more like "medium-firm."

This mattress is absolute luxury! "Hotel Premier" really lives up to its name. The mattress is firm yet the gel memory molds to your body and has just enough movement. The cooling cover is makes getting in bed feel so great. Its arrives in a box and setups quickly.

I first slept on this mattress at my friend's house in her guest room. I had a wonderful ngihts rest. I had recently purchased a mattress of my own. But after trying sleeping on this mattress, I had to return my previous purchase. This mattress is a 10 out of 10.
