I have went through calendars. I have went through family apps. I've tried it all to keep my family organized. This is great. My kids know how to check their chores and they know what's for dinner every night. It is soooo nice to have a grocery list that constantly updates so if I'm out and the kids need something they can just send it over.

Kids love the chore chart. They love completing the listed chores, and I don't hear the constant complaints about all the things they need to do. It's also nice to have access on my phone, as well as at home. We have a nanny who can add to it from home, but I can add/make any changes that I need to anywhere I am with my phone.

Our Family LOVES our new skylight calendar. We are a busy family of 5 with my older 2 kids involved in multiple after school activities. This helps us keep track of where everyone should be, the kids love knowing what to expect in the upcoming days/ weeks. Also the chores feature is great, it actually works well for my kids! They enjoy seeing a celebration on the screen every time they complete their chores. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase

Just generally disappointed in this Skylight Calendar. On the plus side, I like the sharp, crisp display and the Cozi integration, so all can see the family schedule. On the negative side, there is no automatic sleep mode, so you can't have it sleep after 5min of no activity, for example. Seems like such a basic function! It didn't bring over the color-coded users in Cozi so had to recreate those. It doesn't like events on Cozi with multiple attendees - it only allows one primary, unless you create a new ‘combo' user and then manually assign it. I guess I had high expectations, and this failed to completely deliver.

Beautiful product. I wish that if you pushed on the weather, it would show you the forecast for the day/week. That would help the kids assess what to wear and how to think about what they may need for the week. It shows the current weather which is okay, but for a planning product I think that would be a great addition.

Hello. I wanted to love this product. My wife is a fan. The functionality is just not that great, really. For example, it is nice to see the weather/temperature, but you can only see it at the exact moment you are looking at the frame. You cannot see what the entire day is going to be like, so I have to then go to my phone which I have been trying to get away from. Additionally, the website to use if you do not want to use the app on your phone is super confusing. I just want to see the calendar and manage via my laptop and it is not easy. Then the grocery list feature could be very useful if it had any sort of functionality to it besides being a simple list. Maybe it would be helpful to have categories or most purchased items to help the end user remember something they might need... Just some thoughts on your product. It is a great idea that you have come up with, but it can be so much better.

I was hoping for something that would update automatically when I updated my calendar in my phone, but unfortunately that has not been the case. I have had to either go into the Skylight app and manually enter the event there or manually enter the event in the device itself. I use Google Calendar, which is days it's compatible with. But I am having no luck getting them to update their.

So far so good with it. Functionality is nice, but it's not as intuitive as I would expect. You can't swipe left/right on some of the views, instead you need to click a tiny arrow; every other app in existence lets you swipe the screen. There could be improvements to the chores/tasks list. There should be a 'job jar' that awards stars when the job is picked and completed, so I can set a higher star value on less desirable chores. I would like to customize the rewards so I can give different types, or so they aren't all represented by stars. I should be able to hide details on the calendar; show the time occupied, but not the location or nature of the appointment.

I've had the skylight calendar for two weeks now so I'm still working on learning all of the ins and outs. So far it's very useful for my husband to coordinate schedules and household tasks for our large family. There are a few small adjustments that would make it much more useful, but hopefully those improvements come before long!

I bought this touchscreen to get rid of our paper calendar. navigating the actual user interface should be easier and the touchscreen is just OK. I would not recommend this to friends sadly… Because I had expected to. I also don't understand what I'm paying for. What is the subscription even cover? Online calendars are on everyone's phones.
