The sofa arrived promptly all in one box. It went together easily. It looks compact and the fabric is great. It’s hard and too small for our purposes and we’re returning it.

This is a decent mattress (beware 14 inches is a much higher bed). I would have preferred the Zinus without the pillowtop BUT Sam's Club did not have them available at that time. I have back issues so firm is better for me. I will always LOVE my original Zinus 12 inch mattress. Not sure why they changed it up but I would love to see the original one back. I would recommend buying this one as it is comfortable. Never noticed cooling effect.

This is our first hybrid bed and so far we love it. I was worried it would be too soft but has been great so far.

The quality is poor. Not worth money. I could have got a better sofa for this price. I wish i could have returned this one.

We have had this mattress for 6 months and keep hoping it will soften. We bought an additional 3” foam topper. Multiple people in the house have slept on it and say how uncomfortably hard it is. Horrible night sleep. My son slept on it for 4 months straight and it never got better. Would not recommend.
