Don't last!

Bought November 2022 By March 2023 the tv went out. Big lines thru the screen! Very disappointed!

Rarely, damage will occur during transportation, and since our packaging has been certified to prevent damage while in transit, we’d recommend you reach out to the shipping company and retailer to file a claim. Most shippers will allow you to file a claim and reimburse you for the cost of the television.

Junk so far

So far not so good. Constantly having to reset. Now stuck in reset mode.

Hello James, thank you for taking time to leave us your feedback. Typically, when a TV freezes up, that can be fixed with a power cycle. To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.
