Worst tv to ever exist. Have had it for a year now and it's been having issues since we pretty much got it. We have to restart it constantly cause the apps won't work and casting won't work either. What's the point of having a smart tv if every aspect of the tv doesn't function the way it's supposed to. The sound is terrible and anytime we connected the sound bar it had issues with the tv. Sound would stop or get really loud out of nowhere. I've always loved Vizio TVs but I will never purchase one again after this.

Since unboxing my new television I have nothing to complain about with the television itself. It's great! My issue is with the remote, After a while of inactivity the remote becomes unresponsive, The only button that works on it after a while is the power button. Turning the TV off and then on again will reset everything and make everything work again but it is annoying.

Price was great, I got it for 499. Pictures not as great as I was hoping for, but it's fine. Have an old fashioned AV out for sound system, which is good. But the usb input can not read external hard drive, it read thumb drive only, and the controls is a pain to operate. If you want an affordable big screen this might be the one you looking for, if you look for quality you might want to consider somewhere else.

I bought this as an early Christmas present for myself, and couldn't be happier. Great picture, great extra features and the SMART features are a very nice extra. This is my 5th VIZEO Tv purchase and all 5 of them are working perfectly. I think the oldest one is over 10 years old now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is only my second Vizio as the first one I had lasted over 10 years and the only reason I sold it was cause I wanted a 4k tv and obviously new technology that comes along with it. That being said I never not once have had an issue with the old or my new tv and have also the Vizio Elevate 5.1.4 sound system and it as well has surpassed my expectations. Also have a smaller all in one Visio sound bar in my bedroom and absolutely love it as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For whatever reason the sound is the worst of any TV that I've purchased. I have other Vizio TV's and they sound great. The words are super muffled so when you turn it up to hear the words all the rest of the sounds are too loud. I even added a Vizio sound bar and it didn't help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Can not recommend. Have to reset TV for wifi to work every 6 months. Can not connect Bluetooth speakers to TV, because of the type of Bluetooth the TV has doesn't support it. Roku is a better for streaming , Vizio is limited.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this TV as a gift to myself and it was well worth it!! Vizio always outputs the best display and the far most sound quality! Everything is so easy to use and access. Plus the remote control operates my firestick as well!! You don't wanna miss out on this great tv!!

After more than a month I am quite pleased with the TV. The only negative point I have is, sometimes the power does not come on when the remote is used. But on pressing it again it works perfectly. N.B. This might be due to something I accidently did with the remote and may not be the fault of the product.

Purchased as an early Christmas Gift. Beautiful picture and excellent sound. Everything works. One feature I don't like. When you select INPUT on the remote, I don't like the scrolling left to right display and it DOES NOT give you enough time to make the selection. The vertical list on my old TV is much better and it should stay on the list until a selection is made. Other than that ( OLD PEOPLE don't move that fast ) , its great. Warning, its BIG & VERY HEAVY. It will take TWO people to unbox and set up. The mount or stand must be RUGGED.
