We waited 20 min. Then found out we were in the wrong pickup. The sign for the deals pickup was past our parking spot but the sign was 7” X 14” and was under branches and not visible from a car. Even with us in the wrong spot all the cars were gone and we were the only car left delivered team flagged our order as picked up without even checking with the only red car waiting in the pickup area. Once I called they did bring our order This is the first time using the pickup service. Not impressed at all. .

I got a new TV to replace my old Vizio. I really like this brand for its quality and style. I felt a bit let down that it doesn't have Bluetooth or voice recognition on the remote. Instead of returning it, I bought a small Bluetooth transmitter and a new remote with voice recognition. It was a compromise, but I thought I'd share for anyone interested in these features.

The TV is much more than I expected. I am not very tech savvy and the loaded apps meant nothing to me. Once set up, I see there are 250 free channels that I was not expecting. I would ditch cable if I can figure out how to get local channels. This TV can actually save me money!

I bought this tv because it says it has hdr display. The hdr image quality for this tv is worse than regular 4k image. The colors are oversaturated and this causes the faces to have weird orange hues that just hurts the eyes when watching in hdr. if you are buying this tv for hdr experience STAY AWAY!

I knew for the price it would be an ok tv. I owned and lived vizio TVs before. This one.. I'm definitely not loving. The tv takes longer than my pc to start up sometimes, the inputs don't work too. It's iffy, some days it's fine. The volume is also not the best. We bought for our living room, but based on the quality it may move to our kids play loft. I always read comments that say save your money and buy something a little better- and I'll agree. Wish I did.

DO NOT BUY ANY VIZIO TV BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTY!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!
