The controller box was opened and the controller was the wrong color. Controller in the box was also very filthy, there was stuff all around the buttons and toggles

Came with literally zero packaging. When I opened it and plugged it in, there was immediate stick drift on the left analog stick. It was so bad it made gaming unplayable.

Can't review PERSONALLY, because I bought for my son in anticipation of the release of the Ps5 console. He says he loves the fact that it's bigger. He has large hands.

As far as the controller goes it is the best looking dark purple It works fine so far hopefully will last a long time and not break but fedex delivered the one we ordered to the wrong house so had to get refunded and get another one.

happy they had the remote on sale. then two weeks later it was 20 cheaper. a price adjustment was not honored. but overall love the feel of this remote. for some reason the audio jack was a little off.

i love playstation and the controller but there qulaity control is so bad i had to buy and return 3 controllers before i finally got one thay didnt have a bad stick drift joystick or sticky triggers so be aware ifs a common issue

My previous controllers failed the way with the ole unsteady left stick issue!! I know it's a flaw in their controller system because so many failed like this! It's like these controllers are not durable and can't take a man's hand strength!! Plus the warranty Sony gives are only 90 days. So it might be time to get a Walmart Plus warranty or try other brands controller!
