This already is having drifting issues, this makes my 3rd controller I now have to get. The warranty is frustrating to get so make sure you set up an account, unlike I was told, it's needed. Warranty is worth so it's replaced, but now I've gotta do it again!

Great controller, probably my favorite ever as it combines the (in my opinion) much better shape of the Xbox controller and the symmetrical thumb sticks. The haptic feedback is legit. I do have concerns with the adaptive triggers. They are very cool and all but often feel like they are at a breaking point of sorts. Looked it up and seems like it is a common issue for the springs inside of the controller to break. Come on Sony we don’t need another Joy-Con level issue here.

I have owned a ps5 since April of this year. August 6th the controller it came with stopped working. The dpad up arrow stopped entirely. Tried all the fixes nothing works out of warranty. Bought another one August 8th. 84 days later, today, breaks again. Up arrow d pad not working. I bought insurance on it but it broke 84 days in, so idk if my insurance is voided now? I love the controller but it’s not made well. Get insurance on it because past 90 days you’ll be eating another $80

The DualSense has a new “create” button, adaptive triggers, and haptic feedback. The battery has also been improved substantially, with the battery capacity being increased 1.5x. What I’m most excited about is it’s built-in microphone and the overall new design. The grips are similar to the xbox controllers, which makes it easier on those with bigger hands. Can’t wait till November 12!

I loved the color of this controller it is a good looking blue and stands out. it was hard to get used to it since I constantly used a DualShock 4. This controller is so much bigger and heavier than the DualShock 4, which isn’t really a big deal because it fits better in my hand. Something I didn’t like was I tried to connect it to my PC which worked perfectly but the controller could not play any games because some of the mechanics on a ps5 controller isn’t the same on a pc which I don’t think has to do with the controller but with the system of the ps5.

The Vibration works well in game play, it responds quickly in action scenes . The controller buttons work good as well very smooth functionality overall I highly recommend this product 10/10 overall.

Ps5 controllers usually develop drift, %26 there's no real fix other than total refurbismnebt or replacement. This controller was purchased to replace the original controller. We chose the insurance option, knowing the way drift will always occur, %26 buying brand new is expensive after a while. So when it did as Ps5 controllers always do, we patted ourselves on the back for accepting the plan %26 after making sure it was in the right time frame, started our claim. Allstate, however, apparently does not understand small electronic repair shops are very rare now. Since every other protection plan we have ever used do comprehend this simple fact, it was pretty disappointing that Allstate told us to take the controller to a 'local repair shop,' pay out of pocket %26 they'd reimburse us 'later.' I will be getting any future electronic %26 protection plan through Amazon or Best Buy, both of which we have had satisfactory experiences with.

I purchased the Gold and Midnight Blue. Both were solid and weighed the same as the controller that came with my PS5. Good battery life. Audio through the headphone jack is strong and clear. Controls feel quality. No obvious signs of fraudulent controllers. I am happy with my purchase.
