My dad has leakage issue and I figured I would save him from looking like he peed his pants by getting these guards because his leakage can happen with the guards without anyone even knowing. They are affordable and you can buy them almost anywhere. If you have a stubborn parent or grandparent that won't do the diapers yet these are the next best thing.

They sit perfectly in briefs which makes for a very comfortable, easy change if needed. You really cannot see that you're wearing them when you have pants on which is another major bonus! These protective guards come in a green mesh cloth to safeguard the pad from becoming dirty. It has 6 adhesive skinny lines running from top to bottom so the product will stay in place. The instructions indicate that these are to be worn with brief-type underwear and NOT boxer briefs. For sizing purposes, it looks like an upside down bowling pin where the skinny part fits between your legs and the bulbous part covers the groin to the bellybutton area. It is extremely wide at the top, too wide in my opinion, but it's to fit men who “go left or go right” depending on preference. The edges have a curved pleating similar to baby diapers that fit around the thighs so they leak less. They absorb fairly well but they are far too bulky to be practical. The plastic backing also makes a crinkly noise which is quite embarrassing. I would buy these if they came in a more streamlined version.
