These care thicker and wider in the front, where I need it, and absorb a lot. They fit snuggly in your underwear and secure tightly so there is no uncomfortable slipping or moving. I really like how they just fit into existing underwear and don't leave you without options like a standalone brief would. For me, they're way too big! I'm sure it's for absorbency, but it would be nice to have a smaller option. Because they were so large, they weren't really all that comfortable and I wouldn't really consider using them during the day. Overall, I see the appeal to someone who has significant leakage problems, but for incidental or small use, they're just overly large.
