The quality of the Depend Guards have Deteriorated over the past few years. My last 2 orders are the worse. It seems like the Quality of the mail ordered one are worse the then ones I purchase in the store. the pad is much thinner and less absorbent. I have been using these for more than 10 years, but I am ready to try another brand.

These are great fit perfectly in boxers and stops the liquid from getting onto the jeans also now real expensive well worth the price if someone has a problem with their kidneys. also noone can tell that the person is even wearing the pad. so your not running the risk of being embarrassed for wearing a pad

It keeps me dry and protected at work from frequent trips to the washroom.

Outstanding Performance

I need this type of protection due to prostate surgery. These have very good absorbency and are my choice for wear during the day. They are also comfortable. I switch to the lighter weight shield for nighttime wear.

They work really well. I am a disabled Vet with prostate cancer. I can receive pads from the VA but they are bulky and uncomfortable, these are so much better even though I have to pay for them.
