It's a middle to light scent so. I also think being a spray you need to take with you if your gone all day. I feel the smell only last for a half day of work. If u work hard like sweat I'd use a stick for deodorant. But I do love this.

I like that the scent is pleasant and not too strong. I can feel fresh all day, even though I sweat like crazy working in a mill. This is a body deodorant that does what it says and lasts all day. It did not irritate my skin and is aluminum free.
