The cooling sensation is instant without feeling sticky or heavy, and it absorbs really quickly. The peach and vanilla blossom scent is soft, sweet, and clean without being overpowering. I like using it after being outside or after workouts because it leaves me feeling fresh and comfortable all day. I think this has the potential to be great if you can only spray it on. I am elderly and my fingers are not strong and I cannot get the sprayer to work. It is definitely not customer friendly. I have used a different secret full body sprayer in a slightly different shaped container and had no problem with it so I'm very disappointed in this one

The vanilla peach scent is heavenly and light. It doesn't leave my skin wet like other spray one. I would say it lasts long, but I do layer it in case. So far it hasn't stained my clothes either!
