The only difference is it's a cream that you can spread sort of like a lotion. I used it on the under part of my breasts which tends to break out in rashes during the summer and it did help a significant amount. It also smells really nice.

Well, PINCHme sent me the Secret Whole Body Aluminum Free Clear Cream and now I'm obsessed. You just need a tiny bit and you apply it like lotion in those "extra" areas. (Under the boobs, ladies!" I live in the south and it's a zillion degrees right now. It applies like silk and absorbs quickly and it lasts ALL day and then some! They sent me the Peach and Vanilla and it smells like expensive body lotion. Now I've bought the whole line!
