I would just spray it on my sweaty places after a shower, and I would be good to go. It had a great scent, however, I wish the scent was a little stronger. Also, I didn't like the wet feel when it first went on, but it seemed to dry quick and then I couldn't notice it. I really like that it is aluminum free! Overall, a great product!
