I was able to spray it from any angle including upside down. I felt I had good odor and sweat coverage for a decent 8 hours doing everyday tasks. I will say that when I used it before a workout or sweaty chores, I did shower before re-applying. I did receive this deodorant for free in exchange for my review from Pinchme.

I love that it os aluminum free and therefore will not stop you from sweating. I found that I had to put on an antiperspirant over it for an all d sweat and odor protection.
