I have been wearing Attends Culotte diapers with tape closures until I got the opportunity to try Depends Real-Fit Underwear. The difference is just enormous. The tape closures on the Attends are not strong enough to hold the diaper in place. Any slight stress, like bending over to pick up something off the floor, causes the tape closure to stretch and the diaper winds up around my knees. So there is a huge difference in my confidence in situations when I need it most. The Depends fits snugly. It is surprisingly durable (which counts a lot), and does not irritate my skin. They are absorbent with strong odor protection and I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to become acquainted with this product.

These are the best we have found. The older depends and other brands are made with a plastic covering. This made them hot and would cause galding (the private area would be sore, feeling like a sever burn. This is very painful. It's the same as sever diaper rash). I was very glad to find these, they fit like real underwear. Air is able to get through and the liquid stays inside. No leaking. I would recommend these to anyone.
