The "new and improved" version is not as good as the previous version. That said, they are still the best I have seen. 1. The new version claims to be more breathable, but I actually liked the fit and feel of the old version much better. Also, the new version seems to tear more easily. 2. The new version leaves little pieces of lint like material around the house. 3. The new colors, especially the dark blue and black are not good. I also don't like the different colored waist band. The old colors were much nicer (light grey and light blue).

This was true especially after a heavy void, when the brief wasn't tight against the groin or if the "hose" was not in the center of the pad. I have been using Woman's Tena S/M 18's on my husband for years because the S/M size fit his slim hip size snugly so he could wear them under jeans. This is why I tried out the Depend Real fit S/M on him for a week so far. I still have to use a Doubleup by Medline (extra long) liner inside for extra protection for him and I didn't like the blue color but the grey was nice. I think they fit well and did what they’re meant to do way better than expected. I didn’t come into any problems in terms of leakage or unwanted odors either. While I didn’t use these for more than a day at a time, given the time I did use these I felt that they were made well and would more than likely hold up long term if needed.

Glad that this item was available at such a reasonable price. My dad loves them. He likes the underwear "feel" and "look" of the Depends Real Fit rather than having to use adult diapers. And he likes the fact that they come in two different colors.

If I'm standing up the product works perfectly fine, but once I sit down they can leak if I wet too much. I was walking around my apartment when I wet my Depend, and I considered changing into a new one, but I figured I'd sit on my couch and watch some TV first. When shifted positions, I realized that my couch felt wet. Then I stood up and saw a really big urine stain on my couch. Even though I live by myself, it was still really embarrassing. In the past they've only leaked a small amount, but this is the first time they've leaked a significant amount.

The new version is completely horrible and judging by several other reviews I'm not the only one who's complaining. Ive been purchasing real fits for almost 5 years and not once ever had any major issues but this new version has less padding and leaks everytime not mention the padding comes apart after a short while even when its not wet. For having to pay a dollar per pair for these I would expect better from this company. I'll have to try a different brand now until whoevers making these calls fixes the issue.
