My husband has worn these for several years - These have changed drastically for the worse - they are stiff and do not absorb like they used to. The outer layer allows wetness to seep thru so that everything becomes saturated. Very disappointed. It's bad enough that someone has medical issues so that these are required, but to have them become such poor quality is discouraging. I'll be looking for something different for my poor husband.

This is the closest to feeling like real underwear, for me. Most disposables feel harsh. They're not the cheapest but there is no price for comfort and dependability. I can carry on with the normal day to day without worry and no problems during the night. I tried 6 brands and read reviews on more(myriad of products out there)before deciding on Depends. I try not to live my life by limits, these keep my possibilities...limitless.

These are not the same Depends as before. The product is completely different. The fabric is not the same elastic as before. It seems to be made of paper. I have been buying this product for a year, why the big change in quality yet the price is the same.

My elderly parents are both suffering from incontinence, but my father was reluctant to the use of "pampers" and since I ordered these for him, he is pleased and like them very much because they look like underwear, not pampers. The funny part is that now my 89 years old mom doesn't want me to order her the ones made for woman, instead, she likes using these too, because she feels she is well protected specially when she has to go out of her home. This is a great product and I hope it is available for a long time.

First, and last, time trying these. Put the 1st pair on and they ripped at the waistband. Put on 2nd pair being extremely gentle. Was driving and urinated a small amount because I couldn't get to a rest stop in time. Leaked through to my jeans. No different than just wearing underwear. Would NOT buy again or recommend.

If you're in need of this type of product, this one is a good one. My husband is recovering from surgery so he has been in need recently. He complains about these briefs being a little on the warm side, but other than that he seems pretty comfortable and confident wearing them. You would not know he was wearing anything but his normal briefs under his shorts, sweat pants or jeans by looking at him. Heck, he has briefs that color so even when he is wearing them around the house in the evening with nothing else on I don't even notice the difference.

Having to switch from underwear to an incontinence product, is a difficult thing. These really feel close to regular underwear and do not show under clothing. I use these specifically for bladder leakage and not full fledged incontinence. Nice product for one who is not ready for this step in my life.

Following surgery and many radiation treatments for cancer, my Mr had to add this type of 'garment' to his daily attire. After many disappointing and embarrassing 'trials' of several brands and types, this product is, and has been for some time now, his permanent preference. I am new to wearing a diaper. So I bought several brands and different types to see what I liked. They all absorbed enough. Prices varied as much as $10. I wanted to choose one that I could buy locally and not pay too much. This brief won. It isn't bulky and bulge out front. You don't even know that it is different from your briefs.

For my Father-in-Law. They seem to fit nicely &. he says they're comfortable. You cannot tell he has them on under his pants. They offer great protection. He has had a stroke but is still able to enjoy getting together with friends & family. With the help of Depends, he will never be embarrassed by an accident.
