These really do hold diarrhea in no spill or anything they are far better than the stuff you get from a medical store. If there is a mid adult, then XL will do perfectly of there smaller than medium. Other than that, you're golden. These are for real worth every penny.

Fits the best, my son uses a thicker pull up, but they are too loose at the waist, so i put this real-fit pull up over the loose pull up to secure it and when the loose pull up is full i ripped it off and keep using the real-fit which is dry, so when we are out i don't have to go through the trouble of taking his pants off and put another pull up

These briefs are barely distinguishable from "real" underwear. They even come in two colors. They provide very good protection, especially at night. The only problem is the cost. If your loved one needs multiple briefs per day, using these will be relatively expensive. But if you can afford a dollar each, Depend is the best.

he only reason I gave this production 4 stars does not really have anything to do with the product. The product is packaged in such a large box, it's impossible for me to get the box in my house. I have to drag the thing from my porch to my entry way. I cannot lift the large box. Please consider using two boxes rather than one.

These fit and feel more like underwear which makes them more confortable than others, BUT they do not absorb any better than others even though they all claim "Maximum absorbancy". They may work for some occasional leakage but not for any sudden flow.

I suggest the waistband extend further up the torso. The garment has a tendency to slide down which causes discomfort. Additionally in hot weather I perspire - if there was some way to allow breathability with leakage protection - the product would be outstanding.

Love the product for effectively containing leakage. Long-term wearing of same one pair will cause sweating and body odor. Be prepared to shower or bath if wearing five hours continuously, or longer. But they certainly protect very nicely against embarrassing leakage.

Imagine my embarrassment, being a fresh 52 years young and not having proper bladder control. I've tried all those "old wives tales" remedies, even stopping drinking water after 4pm. All that did was leave me with a dry mouth. I ruined my mattress and have been banned from the bed I (used to) share with my partner. All my lonely nights allow me to do now is not awaken aforementioned partner when I wake up wet, looking for a towel so again aforementioned partner gets some protection form the wetness of my urine. After refusing to consider wearing protective undergarments, I got a pair from a friend and was really turned off. After some research, I came upon Depend RealFit and found what I needed. The briefs fit well, don't bind at the legs like one would think, have a cloth outer that moves with your pants like regular briefs, and aren't overly bulky...in other words, you don't look like you are wearing either a diaper or a balloon in your trousers. I am a hard one to please, and despite a short leg, paunch, and somewhat of a limp, I still take pride in my appearance. Depend RealFit briefs fit the bill...and I can still go out in social situations and noit even know I'm wearing them. These rank 15/10!

I bought the set of 12 in Black, for a man I'm sitting with to see if he liked them, he said he likes these better than the others he'd been wearing, so I ordered the larger box for him yesterday. The waist band and the band around the legs are nice, not tight or scratchy, the all-around material is thicker and so much softer than other brands. He wears the large/extra-large, (199 lbs.) they fit good, more like a regular brief. Even though the padding is thick, I do add an extra liner in his, he's on Lasix so he urinates more than usual. He told me to not buy the other kind, so that means we'll stay with these. In the description it states Black but is really a charcoal Grey. I highly recommend these.
