This real-fit is perfect fit and he said it is more comfortable compared to other brands that he used and it also does absorb liquid real quick. For sure this will be his go to brand.

In my opinion this was not an improvement since the leg bands made it more difficult to get access to go when standing. In my opinion there was no improvement to prevent leaking when a reasonable amount was excreted.

I have dealt with IBS for many years. I have always been anxious when out with my wife to different events. I always rushed around and felt some shame around my having to look for and use the bathroom in public areas frequently. The color choices I saw in the box were not too great, would have liked other bright colors except for light blue and grey. I tried these on, and was impressed by the fit, just wish the groin area was not so wide, it was hard to fit between legs for a comfortable fit. Other than that, it felt like I was wearing regular briefs.
