On a recent road trip I was wearing my Depends as I usually do on long car trips not knowing when the next bathroom will be. After an hour of driving with friends I had to urinate and we were still miles from stopping so I relaxed and let go. When we finally arrived and stopped I noticed I had wet pants! Successfully hiding my wet crotch and heading to the men's room I noticed that the Depends caught most of the urine but not all. It appears in the sitting position the elastic around the legs relaxes and gaps allowing mine to leak. However, when standing, as I used Depends at an air show, and urinated in them there was no problem. The Depends caught all of the urine and kept me dry and even comfortable. The absorbent material is very effective when standing.

out with the guys i felt great at first but then when it was time to change I was very uncomfortable taking my shoes off then my pants off in a public rest-room. If depend could take everthing of the real-fit and just add like velcro tabs to the sides so i don't have to get undressed in public restoorms to change that would be awsume!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While they are effective, I find them a bit bulky under tighter clothing. If you wear looser pants, it’s not an issue, but they could be designed to be slimmer. That said, they are still a good option for those who need heavy protection.

They were so much has more comfortable, no baggy feel. I like the new colors, too. It makes it seem like you're not wearing an incontinence product the new design of the packaging is nice. Just a month out from prostate cancer surgery, learning how to control urination is very difficult. When I found Real Fit Depends I was amazed. they fit great and no one can tell I'm wearing them. The absorption is remarkable. Until I relearn control I will depend on Real Fit Depends. I tried the store brand kind but they looked ridiculous. These really look like men's underwear and help to keep me from getting depressed about my situation. I'd love more coupons :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My father had surgery andwas home from the hospital and these showed up justin time. These fit better and are super absorbent and comfortable to wear .The padding provides a good smell and moisture absorbance keeping him dry throughout the day.

These are the most comfortable items I have found in the 10 months I've been wearing them since my surgery. I have two issues, which are minor, I bought a sample pack of 4, marked L/XL. I have a size 42 waist and they were difficult to pull up and all 4 of them ripped just below the waistband seam. Secondly, they were rather tight until I got used to them. Don't know if the size was mis-marked, but the box and the stamp on the depends both said L/XL, fits waists size up to 63 inches, well, it wouldn't go over one leg of a person with a 63 inch waist.

It was used after surgery and helped me a lot. The size also fit perfectly, it stretches well and you don't feel it when you wear it, just like regular underwear. Definitely deserves 5 stars out of 5.
