I used to LOVE the Depend Underwear. They changed my life, giving me back the confidence to go out an do things where I can't instantly find a bathroom (or at least a bush). I could have been a corporate salesperson for them. I just tried the newest version of the RealFit underwear, as I am tired of having to mail-order what I need from overseas. These look great, they fit great--I must say they get an A+ for that. It is amazing how comfortable they are for me, both physically and mentally. But they don't work at all for even the tiniest amount of fecal incontinence, not even 3ml of what is basically water. And this is the problem I have. The pad has been moved so far up and the product so optimized for males with urinary incontinence that it is now worthless for everything else. I tried all variations of the product in all sizes. Being a scientist, I even cut them apart and compared the pads; turns out that all the men's underwear products use the identical absorbent pad. I give them a 4 star rating for because they fit so well and I imagine they work well for LIGHT urinary incontinence. I ended up with a NASTY urinary/prostate infection and while driving, I instantly had an near-uncontrollable, painful need to urinate. I was driving around in a panic trying to find a public restroom (naturally this all happened in a city dense residential area) and since I was wearing these, I finally had to let some of the urine out (less than 100ml/3oz) just to see if it would let the pressure off long enough for me to find something. But it leaked all over me and my pants. It was fortunate I had leather seats, but I still had to drive home and change. If you slowly leak or dribble urine, and want something as close to underwear as possible, please try these. For anything else, I can't recommend them.

They fit well and look almost like regular underwear. I really think they are good for just about any situation where you want discreet security.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The size XL was too small for my boyfriend. He is a 2xl. We reviewed based on design. The design is much more appealing and looks like it would work just as well if not better than the older design. The color and packaging are a good choice.

They do have stretchy sides so that's a plus but the material isn't as soft as others i tried. they hold a good bit of liquid and are easy to put on and the size was accurate. Overall these products seem to hold their promises and perform as they should.

I have a bladder leakage problem when I play sports and this helps control it, they are super absorbent. I really don’t even notice that I’m wearing them. This pack comes with 12 and is super affordable as well. I would definitely purchase these again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well I’m didn’t need them because I’m 39 but I put them on to give my opinion and I was surprised that they feel like real underwear the did not look or feel like I was wearing anything else but normal underwear so I give them 5 stars I would recommend them to anyone who needs them

They fit my 38" waist snug but not uncomfortable or chafing. They allow a person to wear normal clothes, and do normal activities. I've tried other alternatives, there's no comparison. And they make great hats, especially in inclement weather. Turn them inside out, it's amazing how much rain they can hold. Course the ear holes are kinda big. Cheers.

Fits well for the size and is quite fashionable. Great for odor control as well. Though the bulgy feel is a little odd. This should be made minimalist for better experience.

They look exactly like men’s underwear. They hold much content of liquid and eliminates any odor. Super durable and can you wear them more than once if clean.
