I've been wearing Depend mens diapers for 4 years now and they recently came out with a new version of the mens diaper and its terrible when it comes to absorption. I'm now using 3-4 diapers per day instead of 2 and it is costly. The new diapers have a picture of a black guy on it and the old version has a picture of a white guy on it. Can Depends please change back to the old version? You're costing me double now from what I used to spend.

Have been using the regular fit depends for years. Tried the sample real fit and like the compact fit better but on my sample the waist band tore off as I pulled the underwear on. A disappointment. On both types of depend the interior padding desinagrates after an 8 hr day at work. It is very absorbant but it should be more durable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Assurance and Depends briefs, and Depends brand are far more comfortable, the real fit improves upon that comfort. Color choice and package design make me feel better about the need for bladder leakage product.

I used real fit the first night sand was a bit skeptical at first, but I got over that as I put the first pair on. They had a snug fit yet they stayed in place and felt comfortable. They are also truly absorbent as I poured water on another pair to see if they would hold the liquid. I used a half pint and they they are what they say they are as it was absorbed. I was very impressed.

Try them, they fit great, they are comfortable and they are discreet...I’ll be honest, I didn’t fully test the limits of these because my bladder is still under warranty. But if life ever throws me an unexpected moment of sheer terror (or a sneeze-cough combo), I have faith these bad boys could handle it.

I am a cancer survivor; I have lost 1 kidney to cancer and recently had bladder cancer which required removal of my bladder and replacement with a neobladder. A neobladder is a replacement bladder which is a great solution VS the alternatives. It does have a few minor draw backs, one of which is when you sleep it relaxes. This results in the need of setting an alarm clock and getting up every 2 hours at night. If for some reason you sleep through an alarm or get up a little late you can have a minor accident. The nice thing about Depends Real Fit, is its superior protection the tight fit in general and the all-round leg elastics. Because of the great fit minor accidents at night stay contained and do not develop into larger embarrassing accidents requiring changing of bedding and the like. Instead it usually is just a matter of getting up and changing the depends brief. I have tried many other styles and brands but none can come close or compare to the superior protection that depends brief offers. The only drawback is the cost especially for someone like me that could end up going through 2 or more a night. It would be really nice if Depends had a special discount or coupon program for bladder cancer people like me who have a potential to go through so many to help offset the cost. With that said I would like to say Thank You for making such a superior product. You have no idea after going through so much how uplifting a product likes yours giving back a little dignity can be. So again Thank You so much for such an excellent product.

They did not fit properly, so if you are more a XL than a L, forget them. And they TORE APART easily: the waistband easily separated from the body. I probably had to throw away 20% of the box because they tore when I pulled them up, and didn’t really want underwear with large holes!!! I will definitely go back to the “old style” Depends.
