[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Depend briefs worked great for my needs. I’m 6’2”, 180 lbs, and the S-M size fit me appropriate. For reference, I wear a size 31 waist jean. They’re snug here they need to be, and soft everywhere else. As I have these due to a medical procedure, I have not yet experienced their absorption, but they seem like they’re built tough to do the job. They have a neutral odor, so it’s like you don’t even have them on. I’ll likely keep a pack in storage so I always have a pair with me whenever I need them.

I think they fit well and did what they’re meant to do way better than expected. I didn’t come into any problems in terms of leakage or unwanted odors either. While I didn’t use these for more than a day at a time, given the time I did use these I felt that they were made well and would more than likely hold up long term if needed.

Hello I'm a woman and I normally rely on pads or for the amount of protection I need, but only when I’m at home or work and can get to a bathroom reasonably quickly when needed. If I’m away from home all day, or in the car for extended periods of time, the Real Fit Briefs are great and give me the added protection and confidence I need to go about my day when I know a bathroom is not easily accessible. Comfortable and discrete, as well.

I have incontinence from nerve damage in my neck and back and use these daily now. The fit is great for me (I have a 37" waist# and my wife even comments how she doesn't notice they are an incontinence product even if I just have these and a t-shirt on. In fact, my wife was so impressed she asked me to order the Silhouettes for her for her 'heavy' days. They reduce her cramping a lot. For me, these have made a huge difference in my quality of life since other products were too baggy and could be seen under jeans, and if for some reason the waistband was visible to others #like during lifting or bending to pick something up# it was obvious I was wearing a pull-up. Sometimes I went without protection which meant having urine down my legs and onto my socks or wearing a product I disliked. Also, most other products would leak during a mild stress incontinence episode - which for me was usually when I was working out. I wound up having to wear light absorbency diapers while weightlifting, which meant public gyms were out of the question for me during physical therapy. With the Real Fit underwear, I am much more confident even when wearing snug jeans #since you can't see them# and I don't worry about the waistband being seen. I feel like the product gave me my dignity back. I don't have to wear diapers while lifting weights any more - I wear these now. The leg elastics are unlike other cloth-backed products in that they don't rub my thighs raw during exercise, and this is even after 40 minutes on an elliptical machine or a one hour weightlifting session. One suggestion I do have is that the odor control could use some improvement. I tend to have a very strong smell after wearing these for several hours even if the underwear is mostly dry. I solve this by washing frequently and using an incontinence skincare system as well as using a biological odor eliminator to mist the inside of the underwear before I put them on. Besides for this, I really thank Kimberly-Clark for a great product. Oh...and keep producing the blue color as well - they are great! I wish I could get 12-packs of these or the 56-count bulk packs in blue. Take care, Colin

I've been dealing with incontinence for about a year now. Being a 23 year old with incontinence has been a hard road. This product has let me regain my confidence and my wife could hardly tell that I was wearing them. It's made me feel great and the absorbency has been great. It does what I need it to do. I would recommend this product to anyone dealing with bladder leakage.

The material is too thin and the briefs do not provide the comfort or security they deserve. The appearance is not as advertised and the fit is uncomfortable, especially for active people.
