Since my surgery in December, I have had to deal with incontinence due to the surgery. Honestly, I was upset that I had to wear something to help me with accidental leakage, but this underwear for men are less intrusive than I thought they would be. I go out as I normally do without any worry of accidents with leakage. I would recommend them highly to anyone that has gone through the same situation that I have.

My 14 year old son still wets at night and has worn Goodnites and plastic pants to bed since he was out of pull-ups.
