I give it 4 stars just because one of the handles was a little loose. Otherwise i really like them.

Pleased with tumblers

The packaging on the outside indicates hot and cold beverages could be use in this container. However, on the cleaning instructions inserted in each cup printed at the top in big bold black letters: “Caution do not use with hot beverages.” If I had known that I would not have purchased the item. If this was a decision made later, they should have added a label with the caution added to the outside of the packaging so customers could make an informed decision on whether they want to purchase the item or not.

Cannot use with hot beverages

I love that it shows off my WKU pride and that the cup keeps my ice water cold for hours. ❤️
