The flavor is robust and bitter so I like to cold brew it by steeping to take some of the bitterness out. This coffee is still soooo delicious!

The smell is amazing. I had to put a little bit more of coffee of what it says in the package because I like my coffee strong

I enjoy the packaging but am having to store it in a plastic baggie until I use more of it so it does not accidentally spill so maybe a bigger bag would be better so it can afford to be less full even when just beginning the product. The taste is mild but not bitter which I like and the coffee itself is very thinly ground.
