So Much Better than Fitbit!

I am loving my vivoactive 5 - better battery life than my old watch and I believe the heart rate monitor is more accurate than fitbit.

What does it matter

Can't customize it

I've owned this watch for several months. I can't get it to track my stair feature. I have to reconnect it to Garmin connect at least once a day.

The vivoactive 5 does not have a barometric altimeter and cannot track floors climbed or stairs. With regard to having to reconnect it with Garmin Connect every day, it should automatically reconnect whenever the app is opened and the watch is within range. I recommend making sure that the Garmin Connect app is up-to-date, and that check to ensure that Bluetooth is enabled. Poor battery

Watch works great, but battery life is not ideal. Maybe I got a defective one. I charge it every night and it is 40% the next morning!
