The easiest part of the process is keeping your mouth open for 60 seconds. Keeping an led light mouth guard in for half an hour is a little difficult. The product is not harsh. I think it would take several uses along with whitening toothpaste to see significant results. If you have a half hour to spare every day, this could be a great add on to dental hygiene.

It was easy to use and didn’t make a mess like some other whitening products I’ve tried. The pen goes on clean and the light is compact and simple to hold in place for a few minutes. After just a few uses, I started to notice a real difference. My teeth looked noticeably whiter and brighter. I didn’t experience any sensitivity, which I was worried about since that’s been an issue for me with strips and stronger treatments. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product! Its very easy to apply by twisting the applicator brush until the gel comes thru. You just brush on each tooth and doesnt have a terrible taste. The blue light is quick and easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Eh. The directions are conflicting. One place says an hour another says 30 mins. But the whitening goop won’t stay on for either length of time. The light only runs 10 mins so as soon as you close your mouth it rehydrates the goop and it’s gone.
