I added the light to make sure it cured properly and it was super easy just apply then in half hour put the light on it till it goes out.

The device goes into the mouth and is easy to hold (and not heavy), and turns itself off automatically after the recommended treatment time. The gel is meant to brighten and reduce stains, and it did a decent job of lifting my coffee stains and lightening my teeth about one level. If used regularly, I suspect it would help maintain tooth brightness, but I don’t think it’s really going to affect long-term staining or changes in color like an office visit can. The process is easy and clean, though.

I feel it's a great value for your money because it is dentist level whitening without the high cost. The flavor was palatable and the ingredients are tolerated well by most people. The whole package comes with a whitening pen and timed booster light was a bonus. I found it whitened my teeth well even after the first application.

I haven't been consistent with doing it frequently, but I like that the whitener isn't harsh on my gums and that the instructions say you can do it up to 4x a day. Not sure how much the enhancing light helps, but I would definitely recommend the pen applicator.
