The remote is not easy to navigate for me. My daughter laughs that I am technically challenged, it could be me but I sure wish it was easier!!!

It will change the channels sometimes but not often. It does OK on the other functions but I have to use my cable box remote to change channels most of the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really good tv. The set up was easy. Connecting it to Alexa was not a problem. It's lightweight. I love that it has a sleep timer. My only issue is that there was an option to dim the screen at night when I set the sleep timer.

I recommend this for people with vision problems, because of it's clarity and he's of operation.

Only 2 downfalls is that the network connection will randomly drop occasionally and no compatible voice remote. If you want a great large size smart tv on a budget this is what you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I us the TV for everything, mostly streaming movies or live TV, I especially like the U Tube travel videos in 4k. I like everything about this TV except the remote! The remote is too small, it's easy to press a wrong area, mainly within the circle. Also very easy to drop the remote. I find myself pressing "buttons" several times in order for the thing to work and it can be frustrating. Its just, in my opinion a very poorly designed implement.

The quality of the screen was 10x better then anything else I've ever had. The features were also awesome it was a smart tv with its own set of applications and I just fell in love with it. Will definitely be looking for another tv like.

The picture is the best I could find, its renders streaming signals great. We love this tv so much I thinking about a bigger on for our Livingroom, replacing an aging projection tv. The best part is to watch Youtube 4K/8K content, the picture is so attractive, I spent so much more time watching than I had thought I would ever watch a TV set. Needless to say, the netflix, apple TV, and prime video are also very amazing, and become so enjoyable to watch because of this Samsung TV set.
