We like the TV, but it does not consistently connect to the Samsung sound bar. The company we purchased the TV from has had numerous technicians come to our home, but it still not reliable. The sound bar was replaced but the issue continued. The store is not able to help us anymore even thought the problem has been from day 1 and we have purchased their technical support. There is something wrong with the tv. The software is up to date, but the tv does not always find the sound bar. We we go into settings, sometimes the sound bar shows up, sometimes it does not. Stuck with no where to go!!!!!

I wasn't in the market for a new TV but a bigger one was something I had been wanting. It's been almost 6 months since buying this TV and I couldn't be happier. I enjoy watching movies, shows, and sports. The size is helpful with how large our living room is. The quality is unmatched. It is amazing and I hope to get many years out of it. Very happy with this purchase.

Thanks to its high contrast ratio, it's decent for watching movies and very good for gaming in the dark. It's also suited for watching shows and sports in well-lit rooms, as it gets bright enough to overcome glare. Its fast response time delivers smooth motion in content like sports and video games, and its low input lag makes it feel response when gaming or connected to a PC. HDR looks decent, but it doesn't get bright enough to bring out the brightest highlights, and it lacks a local dimming feature to improve the contrast. It is also a good mid-range 4k TV. While it lacks certain features that you get with higher-end models, like full-array backlighting and local dimming, it has an exceptionally high contrast ratio. Although there are better TVs for less, it comes with many advanced features like eARC, HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, and VRR support. It has features that are usually included with higher-end models, like its HDMI 2.1 bandwidth, 120Hz panel, and variable refresh rate (VRR) support. However, it also lacks some features that you normally find in higher-end TVs like a local dimming feature, and in Samsung's case, the 'Ultra Viewing Angle' technology. Still, it's a well-rounded TV that comes with the easy-to-use Tizen OS as its smart platform.

Well worth not having an additional streaming stick or box plus the extra remote. Great compact remote. Will never open anything else other than a Samsung. Hisense, Toshiba, and Sony all let me down. Would recommend a lower spec Samsung before a higher spec cheaper anything else.

This tv replaced a more expensive brand that started with a V and ended with an O, which was probably the worse tv I've ever owned. So glad I discovered Samsung tvs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Qled tv. It was easy to set up and the picture is fantastic (so much better than my old tv.. practically shockingly so). The remote is simple and easy to use. My only complaint is that many of the apps I have are only available using my firestick and not via Samsung apps… so I have had to connect my firestick. I also like how you can change the way you watch a movie (filmmaker mode) easily. My other two tvs are Samsun and have lasted many many years so I am super happy to add this one (my largest) to my “collection”. Would absolutely recommend Samsung and this QLED to anyone

I upgraded from a 2012 Samsung 32" smart tv and the difference in all categories is fantastic. The wifi connection is strong and it supports 5gz wifi. Speakers are also pretty good imo. Plenty of base and treble.
