The smart remote takes some getting used to but the Alexa feature (which I forget about a lot) is a big help. It's pretty easy to set up and not overly heavy so 1 person should be able to set everything up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung QLED TV (60") is perfect for our needs at home. It feels amazing when you are watching movies, which feels like watching it at a theater. As picture and sounds are well balanced. Display is crisp, clear & detailed. We all enjoy watching it and it's a great upgrade from our previous Samsung 6 series.

I enjoy alot of syfy shows and movies,and the crystal picture I get is critical for total experience.. There is surprising quality in the speakers of the TV as well while jamming music videos!

Overall I am very please with my Model QN65Q60BDFXZ. The one issue that is EXTREMELY annoying is the lower third screen, guide banner, that appears for a brief time EVRY TIME I switch channels when watching the Samsung TV Plus channels. All the other features of the Tv are great. I would give this product 5 stars if I could turn this off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, purchased the QLED because the picture feels so much larger than the actual TV. The screen is vibrant and transcending. Like being transported into another realm of possibilities. I would rather watch a game on my QLED, than actually go to a game. The atmosphere that the QLED projects, is almost magical. However, I only give it 4 stars because I really wish I didn't have to have this huge sound bar in front of me, and the stock speekers sound, is not nearly as impressive as I had hoped. So I'm still using the Sound bar I had with my old OLED. Also, I really thought my new QLED is new enough that Samsung could have stopped adding the analog A/V Jacks. I mean... does anybody even use anything besides fiber-optic or humidity cables? The days of VCR's and Blu-ray players are gone already. Let's move into the here and now please. Other than that, this is one beautiful Television.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the Samsung TV to stream TV shows and movies. We've flush mounted it on the living room wall, and the picture is gorgeous! The remote is easy to use; if only it had number buttons to directly tune channels... though the voice control makes up for that. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

The remote is so easy to use once you learn it. All in all a really large but really thin TV with more features and options than I could have imagined!!!

I can say I have never ever returned a Samsung electronic or product and they remain my choice. You can say I'm always on the Samsung campaign!
