The OS is smoothe and doesn't crash. Love that the OS doesn't have any adds unlike some other big brands. And of course the interface between my Samsung Galaxy S20FE and Samsung Galaxy book is completely unparalleled to all other manufacturers.

The picture is the best I could find, its renders streaming signals great. We love this tv so much I thinking about a bigger on for our Livingroom, replacing an aging projection tv. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love my QLED Smart TV. It has amazing picture quality for all my main types of viewing sports and streaming movies and shows. For live sports it has a sharp image with no lag on quick plays. For movies and show streaming, I love the deep blacks, which makes viewing with the lights off such a pleasurable experience. I'm in the television and video industry, so my standards for quality of TV images are very high.

Otherwise when streaming (like most do in this day and age) it is a constant hassle. The WIFI constantly drops and won't reconnect for 5-10 minutes. I've trouble shot this back to the TV (every other device we have works fine) and sadly we've moved on from the Samsung TV products as they are not reliable.

We waited several months while the house we were building was being completed. It went up very easy. Connections were great. It was easy to set up and to begin using. I have Amazon Prime so was able to get on prime right away. I'm beginning to look at other services and am finding shows people have been talking about but I wasn't getting with my old cable service. It's really exciting having this TV and I'm really psyched about all the options I have to explore! Thanks for the great product!!!!

The remote is not easy to navigate for me. My daughter laughs that I am technically challenged, it could be me but I sure wish it was easier!!!
