This product exceeded my expectations! I have osteoporosis and back problems, so am no longer able to shovel snow. The SnowJoe makes clearing my patio and walkways a breeze. It’s light and easy to handle. I’ve cleared 5” of snow with no problem. The battery lasts a very long time - have used it for 20 minutes and still had 3/4 charge left. Recharges quickly, too. I’ve bragged about it so much that a friend just ordered one and another is getting ready to. I highly recommend this!!!

The product works great with powdery snow on the deck of my cottage. I do not expect to buy a brand new product and have to take out 5 screws to open it up to push the cord into the casing because the cord is too long. Luckily i googled it and found numerous posts on the same problem. I am handy but I cant imagine my wife or an elderly patient being able to fix this. Hence the 4 star rating.

This product was perfect for me to use. I got in in time to use in the last 2 snowstorms. As a senior, a full-sized snowblower was just too heavy for me but the SnowJoe battery operated shovel worked really well. It wasn't too heavy, I bought an extra battery which rechared quickly after the initial charging. I did my own driveway, front sidewalk and even my next door neigbours sidewalk on 1 battery charge. I was very pleased how well it worked {I even easily put it together myself} and wished I had bought it earlier in the season.

This cordless shovel works as advertised, and made its way through a wet 6-inch snow with relative ease. However, assembling it was an unforeseen challenge requiring the finessing of the cord inside the handle tubing in order to get the handle put together. Suggestion: give this unit a single tube instead of two. Otherwise, a good purchase!

Throws snow effectively and the battery charges quickly after use. I would have given it five stars if the handle had assembled easier (tricky getting the black cord to stay inside) and been a little longer in length. For a tall person a higher handle would help.

Well constructed, easy to handle and use. Stores easy too. Very powerful! I wish it had come with a larger capacity battery, but it works well with the one furnished. I did buy an extra battery after the fact so I could use it for a longer amount of time.

At the age of 72 It is difficult to shovel snow. I also have tried a snow blower but it too is heavy and unwieldy. The Cordless snow shovel is easy to use and lightweight enough for me to clear the walkway in front of my house and also my small driveway on one charge.

I am thrilled with my Snow Joe. It worked great on the smaller snow storms we've had, but today was the big one. It had to work harder but did a good job on the 6 inches we've had already, more to come. It recharges reasonably fast. Its nice to have a product live up to the hype.

10 inches of snow was too much for this shovel. I will try it again when there is less snow, it may work great for that. I really wanted the Snow Joe iON13SS 40-volt Cordless Snow Shovel but I guess they don't make that model anymore. too bad

Thanks Snow Joe. You have saved my back several times this winter. Used it on my large two tier deck to easily remove heavy wet snow. It throws the snow 15 to 20 feet - clear of railing on deck.
