Energizer MAX not as good as Duracell but sometimes you just buy whats available

Installed on smoke detectors

The 5-year shelf life and no-leak quarantee convinced me to try the Energizer Max batteries in the hpuse smoke detectors. Before installing, the batteries were tested using a DVM and I was surprised at how consistent the voltage (under load) was on all the batteries. This speaks well for the quality.The expiration date on the batteries was 12-2030 which actually exceeds the 5-year shelf life.

Over priced

Three of the batteries tested at 0 volts and two more tested under 8 volts. Make sure you test each battery with a multimeter before you install.

I bought these and they were all bad

I bought these batteries on 10/2023 and the expiration is 12/2026. Guess the 5 year shelf life is all marketing.

2 of the batteries were dead when we put them in the smoke detectors. I hope the others stay working in our smoke detectors

starte using them over a year ago. They are still working.all aaa AAA size arralso over 1 year old good.
